As the founder of CrossWord Lyric, a monthly event celebrating music and poetry, she has created a platform that champions emerging artists and fosters an inclusive creative community. Her commitment to accessibility and representation is evident in her work, both on and off the stage.​

Beyond the stage, Milli-Rose presents on Voices Radio, where she curates powerful sessions of spoken word, live performance, rap, and lyricism. Her show is a platform for Speaking Truths. Amplifying voices often left unheard and offering space for honest, creative expression. Whether on air or in-person, Milli continues to build bridges between community and creativity, using every medium available to elevate stories that matter.
